Abstract:TIRE MAINTENANCE & USING GUILDANCE

To get the most out of your tires—maximum mileage, safety and wear—you’ll need to properly maintain them.

1.Place tire vertically when tire transportation is needed, avoiding attached to oil, inflammable objects and chemical staffs.

2.Store tires in air-ventilated warehouse and keep away from direct sunshine or rain. Warehouse temperature should be controlled between 10℃-30℃ and the relative humidity should be between 50% and 80%.

3.Check all tires pressure, including your spare tires, once a month (or before a long trip)

4.Check your tires for wear and damage problems on monthly basis.

5.Regular rotation helps extend the life of your tires and improve performance. So if you like safety and saving money, rotate your tires every six months or every 6,000-8000 miles.

6.Balance your tires when:

A- Any tire is replaced

B- Balance weight is moved or removed

C- New tires are purchased

7.According to most countries laws, tires are legally worn out when they have worn down to 2/32" of remaining tread depth, and it is time to replace your tires.

8.For optimum handling and control, it is recommends fitment of tires of the same type and size. Don’t mix tires of different sizes and types on the same axle.

9.Never fit tires with less load-carrying capacity than required by the vehicle's original equipment manufacturer.

10.Don’t overload your vehicle. Overloading a vehicle can cause poor handling, increased fuel consumption and may cause tire failure. Overloading your tires can result in severe cracking, component separation or “blowout.”
